In the 1980s Darryl Haskins was referred by many of his industry peers as the "owner's representative." It was during this period a Fortune 500 insurance company learned about Darryl from one of its lenders. Darryl was brought onboard to handle a portfolio of regional malls with significant financing challenges. During the next thirteen years Darryl assumed the role of Treasurer, head of finance and asset management, head of real estate acquisitions and dispositions, and served as a director of the corporation's large real estate portfolio and related operating companies.
Over the past few years Darryl Haskins has demonstrated a marked ability to motivate, train, and inspire his crews to be the best they can.
